A finished standard sized stand can hold up to a 2" thick board max size is 20x16.

The large stand is for boards 24x18 and up (we haven't maxed it out to test largest size).

Very good

Very easy to download and import into fusion as an svg, HOWEVER, the lap joint design is about 0.55", contrary to the 0.74" recommended thickness in the pdf. It would be great if this was fixed. other than that it machined cleanly

Very Happy!!

While the downloaded file had a discrepancy in the material thickness, I ran the project with .75 walnut. A few passes through the drum sander resulted in a tight perfect fit! Thank you!

Worked well had to clean up file a little in vcarve had a lot of nodes.

The stand uses half-lap joints and is designed for 0.75' material, as noted in the instructions. The pieces should be sanded until they fit together smoothly—if the material is too thick, they won’t fit; if it’s too thin, the fit will be loose. For other material thicknesses, the half-laps need to be adjusted accordingly. I would have been happy to walk you through this or provide a solution if you had reached out before leaving your review.
