- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

ADDRESS CHANGES: If product is returned to us or delivered to someone else due to customer error (i.e. wrong address) you are responsible to pay for the shipping changes or overages. Please contact us as soon as you know you are moving or notice your address is incorrect on your invoice.
FREIGHT CARRIER SHIPPING: If your received order shipped via freight truck has visible damage, refuse the shipment. Do not sign or initial any paperwork and contact us immediately. We can replace damaged orders at no cost, but only if the shipment is refused. If you accept the damaged item we will not be able to replace it because you have indicated the item was 'received in perfect condition'.
DELIVERY: within Wisconsin is available at no charge for a 30 mile radius from our shop location. We can also deliver to Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan and Minnesota for a fee depending on distance. Pick up is available as well and any shipping charges will be waived. Contact us for details.
