SVG File for 3D Sphere Pattern

This file does NOT include inlay cut plans or G-Code. It does include a simple SVG user guide.

I used this for an inlay - the cutting board was 13" round. *If you scale the file down it may need modifications.

Disappointed

Cool design, but file came with multiple open vectors, small size. Asked questions about tool paths to reduce cut time- very little help.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about your experience, and I’d like to clarify a few things, when you reached out about reducing the carve time, I responded quickly with the exact toolpaths and bits I used for that file. I didn’t receive any follow-up messages after our second message, so I assumed the issue had been resolved. If you were having trouble with open vectors or anything else, I would have been more than happy to assist further had I known.

We’re always happy to help troubleshoot basic issues and make sure customers can get up and running with our designs. While we can’t offer step-by-step walkthroughs for every individual setup, we do our best to support all customers and provide guidance wherever we can.

Design variations

The design and look of this pattern on a cutting board is very unique. I am going to try to do it using a laser. As a woodworker, I’m wondering if you made the inlays with end grain or face grain wood. Not sure it would matter for wood movements.
Thanks for making this plan available.

Fun design

I haven't tried to wood inlay it yet but did a resin one which worked well. Good communication with owner as had trouble getting to see how to use as an inlay, needs to be 13 inches or bigger.
